How to Commission Work through the LRC

Through a framework agreement the LRC is able to provide the following services to DFID personnel:

  • Project Management: Managing specific assignments such as mid-term reviews, studies, project design, scoping studies, policy reviews and action research.

 

  • Consultant Identification and Recruitment: Saving you time by identifying highly skilled consultants from our database of pre-selected specialists.

 

  • Event Management: We can work with you to design, organise and manage events and conferences (local, overseas or virtual) for knowledge sharing and impact.

 

  • Professional Development: We are also able to develop bespoke Professional Development packages dependent on your requirements.

 

  • Knowledge Management:  Our consortium comprises knowledge management specialists enabling us to design bespoke distribution packages catering to your specific needs, such as, hosting in-house lunchtime discussion workshops or composing briefing papers to promote findings of key research.

 

How to Commision Livelihoods Services in 6 steps:

  1. Sumbit Terms of Reference to the LRC (lrc@htspe.com)
  2. LRC sumbits to partners (DEV, IDS and Coffey)
  3. We respond with the best CVs and budget within 10 working days
  4. You send documents to DFID PrG
  5. PrG issues contract to LRC
  6. LRC starts work

Value for money – the LRC’s fee rates include identifying and contracting experts, managing assignments, and quality assurance of every output.

Quick response – we will submit a budget and CVs within 10 days, and will start work as soon as we have a contract.

No limit to contract value – the LRC is able to carry out assignments above the OJEU limit.
